Around a year later, the brand is now preparing the Realme UI 5.0 x Android 14 update for the device. But before the update rolls out to the masses, testing is necessary, and that’s where the enthusiasts come in.

Users now have an opportunity to apply for the Realme UI 5.0 x Android 14 update early access program where they’ll get to try out the new software before it rolls out to the masses.

Smart efficiency gets a boost with File Dock, enabling smooth content transfer between apps and devices. Cross-device connectivity gets slicker with more widget recommendations on the Shelf.

Photo and video-related permission management gets an upgrade for safer app access. Performance optimization takes the limelight, amping up system stability, app launch speed, and animation smoothness. Aquamorphic Design gets a facelift with a more comfortable color experience and snazzy ringtones.

How to apply

Early Access is your backstage pass to realme UI 5.0 beta testing. Warning: beta software may have bugs, affecting certain apps. Not advised for your primary phone.

The application channel opens soon, in limited batches. Want in? Make sure your realme 10 Pro 5G has 60%+ battery and the required UI version (RMX3660_11_A .45).

Follow these steps to apply:

  1. Check your battery and make sure your phone is updated to RMX3660_11_A .45.
  2. Open Developer Mode (Settings → About device → Version → Click version number seven times).
  3. Apply for Early Access via Software Update (Settings → About device → Click “realme UI 4.0” banner → Click three dots → Beta program → Early Access → Apply Now).

Realme offers a limited number of seats for the Early Access test, urging users to apply promptly. Upon successful selection for the program, applicants can anticipate receiving an update shortly after submitting their applications.
