Redmi has just revealed a groundbreaking achievement for the K70 series. The below poster, released by the brand, confirms that the Redmi K70 series has surpassed 1 million units in sales within the first 14 days of its launch.

Redmi K70 series achieves remarkable sales in two-week period

The Redmi K70 series was unveiled on Nov. 29 in China, and it went on sale on Dec. 1. Within just a few minutes of becoming available for purchase, the company confirmed that sales had exceeded 600,000 units within the initial 5 minutes of its release—more than double the sales volume of its predecessor, the K60 series. As per Redmi’s announcement today, this achievement establishes a new benchmark for the K series, marking the quickest path to surpassing one million units in sales.

The Redmi K70 series includes three models, such as the Redmi K70e, the Redmi K70, and the Redmi K70 Pro. The Dimensity 8300-Ultra, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 power these devices, respectively. The series comes with other exciting features, such as up to a 2K resolution OLED display, a 5,500mAh battery, and up to 120W fast charging. In addition, the K70e, K70, and K70 Pro are the first Redmi phones to come preloaded with the latest HyperOS-based Android 14.

The K70 Pro has a special limited-edition model dubbed the Redmi K70 Pro Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse. The company confirmed that it will be available for purchase for the first time in China starting tomorrow. The brand has yet to confirm the price of the device.

Reports have revealed the Redmi K70e will be rebranded as the Poco X6 Pro 5G in the global market. On the other hand, the K70 Pro may get rebranded as the Poco F6 Pro 5G globally.
