The Apple Vision Pro was first announced earlier this year, but there has been no official word regarding its availability. Now, a new report has hinted at the launch timeline for the company’s mixed reality headset.

Apple Vision Pro may launch in Feb 2024

During the official announcement at WWDC23, the Cupertino based giant only revealed the pricing for the headset and not its availability. But known analyst Mark Gurman has revealed the launch timeframe for the wearable in his latest Power On newsletter. Previously, Gurman had claimed that the mixed reality headset’s roll out was delayed to March 2024. But in the latest report, he stated that the release could be arriving a month sooner.

The known analyst states that the Vision Pro could be arriving in February as the company has begun raising overseas production. Reportedly, Apple has production of the headset running at full capacity from its facilities in China. These manufacturing sites are working to achieve the goal of making the Vision Pro ready for shipping by the end of January 2024. On the software front, Gurman adds that the company has sent an email not to developers that have urged them to “get ready” for the Vision Pro by testing their apps with the latest tools.

Apart from this, Apple also seems to be sending two employees to each of its retail stores to its headquarters next month for training. Here, the employees will learn the functions and highlights of the Apple Vision Pro to be better capable of marketing the product for sales. Keep in mind that this is still just an unconfirmed report, so take this news with a pinch of salt and stick around for more updates.
