Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the Redmi Note 13 series smartphones in India on January 4. The brand was teasing just the Pro+ (review) model since the last few days. Now, Xiaomi has started dropping teasers of the Note 13 Pro 5G as well. This confirms that the device will also arrive in the country at the same time. The Redmi Note 13 series debuted in China in September this year and the global variants are expected to pack the same specifications. 

Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G confirmed to launch in India 

Xiaomi’s India branch shared a teaser on X platform confirming the arrival of the Note 13 Pro in India on January 4. The brand is teasing the upcoming offering as ‘Superpower, Supernote’. The smartphone is confirmed to be the first in the world to be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2. 

Another teaser shared by Xiaomi India reveals that the Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G will flaunt the same design as the China variant. This includes a boxy design, a squarish camera module housing three protruding lenses including a 200MP primary sensor. The device is also spotted in a Light Blue color option. 

As for the core specifications, in China, the Redmi Note 13 Pro has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, an integrated fingerprint scanner, and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. The device features a 200MP + 13MP + 2MP camera setup and a 16MP selfie snapper. Internally, the Redmi Note 13 Pro is equipped with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 coupled with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It draws its power from a 5,100mAh battery unit with support for 67W fast charging.
