Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Dual-Core Water Purifier 1200G Pro in the Chinese market. It features an advanced dual RO ultra-purification system with primary and secondary RO filters, offering eight layers of purification. This purifier effectively removes 95 harmful substances and holds a special-grade water quality certification. Its design minimizes scaling and blockage risks, improving durability and efficiency.
Mijia Dual-Core Water Purifier 1200G Pro Specifications
The purifier’s dimensions (429.5mm x 427mm x 158.5mm) are suitable for kitchen spaces and can fit alongside existing appliances, provided there is enough aperture width.
This water purifier includes 12 imported reverse osmosis filters, offering increased membrane surface area and an extended flow path by 100%. These features enable the device to filter out various harmful substances, ensuring a durable and stable performance with a lifespan of over 8 years. Additionally, the system includes an automatic flushing mode, where the purified water cycles back to the RO membrane, washing the filters and replacing concentrated water to maintain water quality and taste.
In terms of filtration, the purifier incorporates a dual carbon filtration system, using imported bamboo charcoal and coconut shell carbon for enhanced taste and removal of impurities like chlorine and small molecules. It holds certifications for both mother and baby safety, ensuring the absence of additives and Bisphenol A.
The 1200G Pro model stands out with its impressive flow rate of 1200G, capable of delivering up to 3.2 liters per minute. This rapid flow rate allows it to fill a cup in just 3 seconds, making it ideal for households with high water demand. It also features a smart digital display faucet that provides real-time water quality information and filter life status.
Additionally, the purifier includes a TDS value display and fault alarm system on the digital faucet, alerting users when filter replacement is needed, ensuring consistent water quality and efficient operation. The purifier also has an automatic flushing system that occasionally activates to maintain water quality, with normal vibrations and noise. Users can adjust flushing modes through the Mi Home app, providing flexibility and control.
Pricing and Availability
The purifier is now available for pre-order on JD.com starting December 25th, priced at 3299 Yuan ($461). This system also includes a complimentary Xiaomi instant hot water dispenser worth 249 Yuan ($34).
Earlier this month, Xiaomi also released the Mijia Label Printer priced at 139 Yuan ($20). Additionally, they have introduced the Xiaomi Mijia Smart Gas Stove S2, which comes with auto shut-off and gas cut-off functions.
