The iQOO Neo 9 Pro distinguishes itself as a performance-centric sub-flagship smartphone, deviating from the conventional triple-camera setup comprising main, ultra-wide, and macro/telephoto lenses. Instead, it opts for a dual-camera configuration, incorporating the same primary and ultra-wide sensors found in the camera-focused Vivo X100 flagship, unveiled in November in China.

The Neo 9 Pro is set to feature a potent Sony IMX920 50-megapixel primary camera, likely equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS). Complementing this, the device will include a Samsung JN1 50-megapixel camera sensor dedicated to capturing expansive ultra-wide shots.

As per other reports, the iQOO Neo 9 Pro will have a 6.78-inch OLED screen offering a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The Dimensity 9300-powered device may have 12 GB / 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB / 512 GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

It will also have other features, such as an in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, an IR blaster, and an x-axis linear motor. At present, there is no information about the price of the device. It is expected to come in three shades, such as Flighting Black, Nautical Blue, and Red and White Soul.
