The Redmi Note 13 series is official in India today as planned. The lineup includes three phones, namely Redmi Note 13 5G, Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G.

The trio is the same as the one sold in China. Only the vanilla model has a different camera setup.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G has a flat frame body and looks boxy. It is IP54-rated for splash resistance and its display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.

The smartphone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chip. The chipset is paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. On the software front, it ships with Android 13-based MIUI 14.

The front of the handset is equipped with a 6.67-inch centered punch-hole AMOLED display. This 12-bit screen maxes at a resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels (1.5K), a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The panel supports Dolby Vision, 1920Hz PWM dimming, and 1800 nits peak brightness level.

The phone sports a 16MP selfie camera and a triple camera system on the rear. The setup comprises an OIS-assisted 200MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide unit, and a 2MP macro shooter.

The device offers multiple connectivity options, such as dual SIM, 5G, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, and USB Type-C. It also arrives with a 3.5mm headphone jack, Dolby Atmos-supported dual stereo speakers, an IR blaster, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor.

Finally, the smartphone is backed by a 5,100mAh battery and charges at a maximum rate of 67W.

The Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G comes in the following memory configurations in India.

  • 8GB + 128GB – ₹25,999 (~$310)
  • 8GB + 256GB – ₹27,999 (~$335)
  • 12GB + 256GB – ₹29,999 (~$360)

The handset can be availed in either Midnight Black, Arctic White, or Coral Purple color options.

The first sale is scheduled for at 12 PM on January 10 via Mi.com, Flipkart, and retail stores.
