Samsung has unveiled a unique “Twin Bao” edition of its Galaxy Buds 2 Pro in South Korea. This special release draws inspiration from the recent birth of twin panda cubs, Hui Bao and Rui Bao, at Samsung’s Everland theme park.

The limited-edition package includes the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro and adorable Twin Bao cases. Alternatively,  consumers can also purchase the cases separately, if they want.

Samsung has paired the two color variants of the buds with two distinct cases. The graphite Galaxy Buds 2 Pro is accompanied by the Rui Bao case, while the white version comes with the Hui Bao case.

Born on July 7th, 2023, the cubs’ names mean “shining treasure” (Hui Bao) and “wise treasure” (Rui Bao). The Twin Bao cases meticulously reflect the pandas’ facial features and markings.

This playful edition retails for KRW 195,000 ($146) on Samsung.com starting February 21st, 2024.  The cases alone cost KRW 42,900 ($32) and fit Galaxy Buds FE, Live, 2, and Pro models.

Want to see them in person?  The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro Twin Bao edition is on display at select Samsung retail stores in South Korea, including Samsung Gangnam, Bucheon Jung-dong, Starfield Hanam, The Hyundai Seoul, and more.
