A mysterious new Realme smartphone, model number RMX3993, has surfaced on China’s TENAA certification platform, hinting at an imminent release. Previously, the device was spotted in the database of the country’s radio certification site. Since it did not reveal any information about its specifications, it was initially speculated to be the Realme GT Neo 6. However, the TENAA certification of the RMX3993 reveals that it could be a budget-friendly 5G phone for China. Unfortunately, the official name remains a secret. Here’s a look at the details that have emerged through the TENAA listing of the device.

As per the TENAA listing, the Realme RMX3993 phone will feature a 6.67-inch LCD HD+ display. Under the hood lies an unknown 2.2GHz processor. When it comes to RAM and storage; options range from 4 GB to a whopping 12 GB of RAM and 64 GB up to 512 GB of storage.

While the RMX3993 appears to have a 5,000mAh battery, there is no clarity on its fast-charging capabilities. In terms of cameras, it will sport a single 50-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel selfie lens. Other practical features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a microSD card slot for expandable storage.

The Realme RMX3993 measures 165.6 x 76.1 x 7.89mm and weighs 209 grams. Hopefully, the upcoming reports will include the final moniker and images of the device.

In related news, Realme is gearing up to unveil the Realme 12 Pro series in China on Feb. 27. At the same time, the Indian wing of the brand is all set to launch three new phones in India. The Realme 12 series is scheduled to launch on March 6, whereas the Narzo 70 Pro 5G is likely to launch in the same month.
