At the start of this month, Nokia announced that it will launch a new storage variant of the Nokia G42 in India. This model has now officially gone on sale in the region. So here’s everything you need to know about the G42’s pricing and specs.
Nokia G42 4GB + 128GB Pricing and Availability
To recall, the Nokia G42 was first announced in India back in September 2023 with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Soon after its release, a new 8GB + 256GB variant in a fresh Pink color option also went on sale. Now, the 4GB + 128GB option has also been released in the region in three color variants. This includes the So Pink, So Purple, and So Gray versions.
It has a price tag of 9,999 INR (roughly 121 US Dollars) and is listed for purchase on Amazon India. There are EMI options as well as exchange benefits as well for interested buyers. Apart from the memory capacity, the device is the same as the other Nokia G42 models. It sports a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the Nokia G42 is equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ SoC.
A large 5,000mAh battery pack powers this device, which also supports 20W wired fast charging. The front houses an 8-megapixel selfie shooter, while the rear packs a 50-megapixel triple camera setup. Other notable features include a microSD card slot for storage expansion, up to 5GB of virtual RAM expansion option, face unlock, side mounted fingerprint scanner, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual speaker setup.
