OnePlus is set to launch its newest smartphone, the OnePlus Ace 3V, in China on March 21st, 2024. With the launch imminent, OnePlus has been gradually revealing key details about the device.
In a recent Weibo post, OnePlus confirmed that the Ace 3V will sport an IP65-rated body, offering protection against water splashes and dust. The phone will launch with Android-14 based ColorOS 14, which will receive three Android OS updates over four years. What this means is that the phone will be receiving security updates for 4 years, and will update till Android 17.
The device will feature an OLED display with 1.5K resolution, supporting 2160Hz PWM dimming and eye protection. Under the hood, the OnePlus Ace 3V will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It will pack a large 5000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support.
In addition to the smartphone, OnePlus will also unveil the OnePlus Buds V Earbuds on the same day. Stay tuned for more updates during the official launch event.
