Itel has officially launched the Icon 3 smartwatch that features some notable specs and features despite its budget price tag. The new wearable seems quite similar to the Apple Watch Ultra in terms of design, so here is everything you need to know about its specs, pricing, and more.

The company’s latest smartwatch is the direct successor to the Icon 2. This model was teased in the Indian market earlier this week and has officially been released today (22nd March 2024). Itel’s new Icon 3 sports a tall 2.01-inch AMOLED display that offers 500 nits of peak brightness and features 2.5D curved glass. The screen is surrounded by a premium zinc alloy frame. The right side also has a rotating crown with a function button, which makes it appear more like a budget Apple Watch Ultra.

The smartwatch offers Always-on display, 150+ watch faces, and various health related sensors. This model supports 24 hours heart rate monitoring, SpO2 blood oxygen mapping, and female menstrual cycle tracking. Thanks to a single Bluetooth chip, the Itel Icon 3 offers Bluetooth Calling functionality via Bluetooth 5.1 standards. A 310mAh battery pack powers this device. On a single full charge, the device can last for up to 7 days of battery life, which can fall to 2 days with Bluetooth Calling enabled. It has a battery standby of 15 days.

Itel has unveiled the Icon 3 in the Indian market in multiple color options, namely Dark Chrome, Midnight Blue, and Shiny Gold. As of right now, pre-booking for the smartwatch will kick off on March 24, and will go on till 12 pm on March 29. This Icon 3 has an affordable price tag of 1,699 INR, and the brand is even offering a special pre-order discount of 100 INR for the first 500 customers.
