Earlier today, Nubia hosted a launch event to debut its Nubia Flip clamshell smartphone in the Chinese market. Along with the flip phone, the brand has also launched the Nubia Mavericks, an affordable 5G smartphone with premium looks and some impressive specifications.

The Nubia Mavricks 5G smartphone features a 6.56-inch HD+ display offering 120Hz refresh rate, along with 240Hz touch sampling rate. Under the hood, the phone features a Unisoc T760 processor, paired with a up to 12 GB RAM and up to 256 GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is backed by a 5,000mAh battery, supported by 10W fast charging.
For optics, the device has a 108MP primary supported by AI computational photography and a Neovision AI imaging system.

The product is offered in three storage variants: 6GB/256GB priced at 799 Yuan (~$110), 8GB/256GB priced at 999 Yuan (~$138), and 12GB/256GB priced at 1199 Yuan (~$166). It is available for sale on JD.com.
