Apple China has expanded its selection of refurbished Apple Watch models to include the Apple Watch Series 9. Prices start at 2,499 yuan (approximately $380 USD). The refurbished Apple Watch Series 9 comes in a variety of colors and styles, including aluminum, stainless steel, ceramic, and glass. Cellular models are also available. The GPS model starts at 2,499 yuan for the 41mm size and 2,699 yuan for the 45mm size. The GPS + cellular model starts at 3,199 yuan for the 41mm size and 3,199 yuan for the 45mm size.
These prices represent a discount of 500 yuan to 800 yuan compared to the price of new Apple Watch Series 9 models.
The Apple Watch Series 9, released in September 2023, features the new S9 SIP with 5.6 billion transistors, a 60% increase over the Series 8. This chip delivers 30% faster GPU performance. Apple claims that the Apple Watch Series 9 can last up to 18 hours on a full charge. The display offers an outdoor peak brightness of 2,000 nits, which is double the brightness of the Series 8.
Apple has also introduced a new “double tap” gesture for the Series 9. By tapping your index finger and thumb together on the display, you can perform certain actions. It is important to note that while Apple offers a one-year warranty on refurbished Apple Watch models, these devices may not be brand new and may show some signs of wear.
