Huawei Watch Fit 3 Specifications:

The watch features a square-shaped premium aluminum alloy body and a 1.82-inch AMOLED display with curved edges on all four sides. The display boasts a high peak brightness of 1500 nits and a 77.4% screen-to-body ratio.

The watch ditches the bulk, featuring a mere 9.9mm thin aluminum alloy body and weighing only 26 grams (without the strap). This makes it incredibly comfortable for all-day wear.

The watch comes with customizable watch faces, which can be tailored to show preferred data or match personal style preferences. The watch also facilitates easy navigation and functionality through a rotating crown and a function button, which can be used for quick access to frequently used apps and features.

This smartwatch excels in comprehensive health management. It includes sensors for heart rate monitoring and SpO2 (blood oxygen saturation) measurements, bolstered by the new TruSeen 5.5 system that improves performance and stability.

The watch also offers sleep monitoring with Huawei’s TruSleep technology, which tracks different stages of sleep as well as the quality of rest received each night. Additionally, it provides insights into respiratory health and gives users high-level assessments and personalized sleep hygiene tips based on their sleep patterns.

For fitness enthusiasts, the Watch Fit 3 supports over 100 workout modes, including a new Track Run mode that utilizes the watch’s GPS to track running routes and lap distances accurately. It also features automatic exercise detection for six workout types. A unique addition is the on-wrist fitness courses, including animated guides for warm-ups and cool-downs for various exercises.

Additionally, the watch is equipped with a remote shutter feature for controlling smartphone cameras, standalone music playback capabilities, and real-time reminders for daily tasks. Additionally, the watch can also make and receive Bluetooth calls.

Designed to withstand challenging environments, the Watch Fit 3 is 5 ATM water-resistant and has undergone rigorous durability testing, including temperature and humidity resistance tests, making it suitable for all types of outdoor activities and weather conditions. The smartwatch comes with Always-On Display (AOD) and the upgraded Stay Fit app as well as the new Calorie Counter app.

The watch promises impressive battery longevity, offering up to 10 days of usage under certain conditions, such as limited Bluetooth calling and music playback, and with heart rate monitoring and sleep tracking turned on. With AOD enabled, the battery life is about 4 days. It also features quick charging, capable of providing a full day’s worth of battery life with just 10 minutes of charging.
