Huawei has expanded its FreeBuds SE 2 earbuds lineup by introducing two new colors, Taro Purple and Obsidian Black, joining the existing Island Blue and Ceramic White. Available in China for 129 Yuan, these can be purchased through Huawei Mall and selected online retailers. It it currently unknown if Huawei plans to bring these new colors to the global market.

The FreeBuds SE 2 are equipped with 10mm dynamic drivers and support Bluetooth 5.3, offering solid audio quality and stable connectivity. Users can manage calls, music, and voice assistant directly through the earbuds’ touch sensors.
These earbuds are also designed to withstand light water splashes and dust, with an IP54 rating. On a full charge, the earbuds last for 9 hours, and the charging case extends this to 40 hours. A quick 10-minute charge provides an additional 3 hours of playback, and they can be charged using a USB Type-C port.
