Schenker‘s gaming brand, XMG has refreshed the XMG PRO 16 Studio M24 laptop by upgrading the processor to a 14th gen Intel Core i9-14900HX CPU. This pairs with faster DDR5-5600 RAM (limited to 16GB and 32GB) while retaining the vapor chamber cooling.
Despite the upgrade, the M24 has shed some weight, coming in 260 grams lighter. The 16-inch 240Hz IPS display with ~95% sRGB color and X-Rite calibration remains unchanged. Users can choose between RTX 4060 and 4070 mobile GPUs with a 140W TGP limit.
Storage is handled by dual PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots. Connectivity includes Thunderbolt 4, USB-C 3.2 Gen 2, 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1, a microSD reader, HDMI 3.2, DP 1.4, 2.5GbE, and audio jacks. Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and a 73Wh battery round out the package.
Pricing & availability
Pricing starts at €1,699 for the base configuration with an RTX 4060, 16GB DDR5-5600 RAM, and a 500GB SSD. The brand offers multiple configuration options to customize the laptop to your liking. However, it is worth pointing out that upgrading to an RTX 4070 costs €295 more. Pre-orders are now open at Bestware, with shipments expected in early June.
