Just recently, HMD announced the Crest lineup of smartphone in the Indian market. These are a part of the company’s first wave of smartphones that carry their own branding (moving away from Nokia). The two models include the HMD Crest and HMD Crest Max, so here are their specs, pricing, offers, and more.
HMD Crest & Crest Max: Pricing and Availability
The HMD Crest launched in India in multiple color options, namely Midnight Blue, Royal Pink, and Lush Lilac. Meanwhile, the Crest Max arrives in a Deep Purple, Aqua Green, and Royal Pink. Although, both models have been released in a single storage configuration. The Crest costs a 14,499 INR price tag for the 6GB + 128GB configuration, while the Crest Max has a 16,499 INR price tag for the 8GB + 256GB.
Those interested in the Crest series can get a 500 INR discount by applying the CREST500 promo code during checkout on Amazon India. There is also an additional 1,000 INR discount for SBI credit card holders, which brings down the effective down to just 12,999 INR for the Crest and 14,999 INR for the Crest Max. It is worth noting that this is a part of the special introductory offer, which is only valid till 11th August 2024.

HMD’s latest Crest series is equipped with 6.67-inch OLED displays that offer a 90Hz refresh rate and an FHD+ resolution on the front. On the other hand, the rear packs a 50-megapixel dual camera setup on the base Crest and a 64-megapixel triple camera module on the Crest Max. For selfies and video calls, both models house a 50-megapixel shooter. Under the hood, the two phones are equipped with the UNISOC T760 processor. A large 5,000mAh battery pack powers both devices, which support 33W wired fast charging. Other notable features include a 3.5mm audio jack, a side mounted fingerprint scanner, and a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
