Xiaomi launched the Redmi Projector Lite back in March this year with 1080p resolution, ToF sensor, and AI features for a price tag of 699 yuan (~US$97).

Now the Redmi Projector Lite Green Edition is on sale in China for 799 Yuan (~US$110). This new product retains the exterior design and the specifications of the one launched in March. The original one comes in gray and white color options.

Speaking of brightness, the Redmi Projector Lite reaches 150 CVIA lumens. This product offers a projection ratio of 1.2:1 and supports a maximum 100-inch projection. It has also passed the unified brightness standard of the China Electronic Imaging Industry Association and is also certified by SGS for low blue light emissions.

According to Xiaomi, this product comes with a sealed optical engine and a “super-transparent lens”, which helps it offer a clear and colorful projection. The optical engine is also dustproof. The company also claims that this product should offer a lifespan of 10 years.

As you can see from the image, the product equips a ToF sensor below the lens, which supports automatic focusing and picture correction. The automatic picture correction can adjust a side/upward angle of ≤15°. in addition to that, it also supports side, oblique, or upward projection. Features such as automatic picture correction reportedly use AI algorithms to work accurately.

For connectivity, the product equips the following ports:

  • 1 3.5mm headphone jack
  • 1 x HDMI (ARC) port
  • 1 x USB2.0 port
  • 1 x DC IN power interface

The product comes with an extended warranty of 3 years.
