The Vivo X200 Pro was announced in the Indian market following its Chinese release back in October 2024. The X200 Pro offers cutting edge photography and powerful hardware, but we have a list of the 5 best alternatives that you can buy right now.
1. Vivo X100 Ultra
After the X100 series, the Vivo X100 Ultra debuted in China as the mid-year flagship. This model arrives with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (Dimensity 9300 on the X100, X100 Pro), a new one-inch Sony LYT900 primary sensor, a 200MP telephoto shooter, and other upgrades over the X100 Pro. This model was originally announced for around $900, but it is currently more affordable. Unfortunately, the Vivo X100 Ultra is a China exclusive variant.
2. Xiaomi 14 Ultra
While the Xiaomi 14 had a rocky launch, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra came with top notch specs and features like the 1-inch camera sensor and powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. It had a launch price tag of Rs 99,999 in India. This makes it a great alternative to the X200 Pro, which was just announced for Rs 94,999. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra launched with a tall QHD display, a big 5300mah battery pack, and much more. There is even the Xiaomi 14 Ultra Titanium Special Edition, which you can check out on GizTop. So for photography enthusiasts, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra offers Leica branded lenses and great main sensor.
3. Oppo Find X8 Pro
The Oppo Find X8 Pro is one of the only models which is from the same generation as the Vivo X200 Pro. Both models are currently available for purchase in India as well. Just like the X200 Pro, the Find X8 Pro packs the Dimensity 9400 SoC, which makes it one of the most powerful Android smartphones in terms of performance. It packs a relatively compact 6.59-inch screen, which some users might prefer. The Find X8 Pro offers four 50MP sensors on the rear, which also makes it pretty versatile for photography as well.
4. Honor Magic 7 Pro
Honor was one of the first brands to launch its Snapdragon 8 Elite powered flagship phone. The Magic 7 Pro debuted in China back in October, offering next gen hardware for around $799. This makes it slightly more expensive than the X200 Pro. Although, it still is a pretty great deal. It sports a tall 6.8-inch quad curved LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 5000 nits of peak brightness. Apart from the high end Snapdragon chip, you also get a massive 5,850mAh battery pack, which supports 100W wired fast charging and impressive 80W wireless fast charging. There is also 3D facial recognition along with a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
5. Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra
While Samsung is gearing up to unveil the Galaxy S25 series soon, the Galaxy S24 Ultra is still its top offering in the high end smartphone segment. This device can be purchased for just under Rs 100,000 in India for its starting 12GB + 256GB storage option, but you still get a true premium experience. It sports a 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED display with 2600 nits of peak brightness, which you can use with the built-in S Pen. The device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. For its price, you get a titanium frame 200MP main camera, two telephoto shooters, and more. ‘
