HMD Global has expanded its Skyline smartphone lineup with a new Blue Topaz color option, launched in collaboration with FC Barcelona. First unveiled in Neon Pink and Twisted Black, the Skyline now caters to football fans with this special edition.

The Blue Topaz variant comes exclusively with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at £399.99. As an added perk, buyers will receive an official FC Barcelona scarf with their purchase. Other than the color, the device retains the specifications of its regular variants.
Key Features of the HMD Skyline
The HMD Skyline offers a 6.5-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and vibrant colors. The screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 and has a squarish rear camera island. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button and a custom button for personalized tasks like launching apps or enabling a digital assistant. The phone also supports Gen2 repairability, simplifying DIY repairs for users.


The Skyline features a triple rear camera system, including a 108MP main sensor with hybrid OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP telephoto unit optimized for 50mm portrait shots. The 50MP front camera supports autofocus and eye tracking for sharper selfies, while a built-in gesture feature allows users to snap photos hands-free.

Under the hood, the device comes with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor. It runs on Android 14, with a promise of two OS updates. The device houses a 4,600mAh battery, supporting 33W wired and 15W wireless charging.
