OnePlus is set to launch its Ace 5 series in China on December 26, introducing the OnePlus Ace 5 and Ace 5 Pro models. Following the Chinese release, the Ace 5 is expected to be rebranded as the OnePlus 13R for global and Indian markets, with the global launch of the OnePlus 13 series scheduled for January 7.
Confirmed Features
The OnePlus Ace 5 series will support Dolby Vision video playback, enhancing video quality for an immersive viewing experience. The Ace 5 Pro will feature a double-sided crystal shield glass for improved display protection against scratches and drops. It will also carry an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance.

The Pro model is equipped with three microphones utilizing AI noise-reduction technology, ensuring clear audio during calls and recordings. Both devices will run on ColorOS 15, and the Pro will include a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC with an AnTuTu score of 3,218,978 points, offering top-tier performance.
Gaming and Cooling Innovations
The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro has been selected as the official competition phone for the 2025 PEL Peace Elite Professional League. It features advanced gaming capabilities, including the Fengchi Game Core and a groundbreaking “Tiangong Cooling Elite” system.

This cooling system introduces the industry’s first “Dual Ice Core VC,” a 3D stereo dual-channel capillary structure that doubles heat dissipation speed. Additionally, a unique chip air duct design reduces chip temperature by up to 5°C. Jointly tested with professional gamers, the phone minimizes palm temperature for a sweat-free gaming experience.
The series measures 8.1mm thick and weighs 203g. The OnePlus Ace 5 will be available in Speed Black, Gravitational Titanium, and Celestial Porcelain, while the Ace 5 Pro will come in Submarine Black, Starry Sky Purple, and White Moon Porcelain.
