HTC appears to be preparing for the launch of two new smartphones, the Wildfire E4 Plus and Wildfire E7, in 2025. Both models were recently added to the Google Play Console Supported Devices List, suggesting they may be nearing release.

The listing does not provide specific details about the features or specifications of the devices. However, their appearance indicates that HTC is moving closer to officially introducing them. Previously, the brand has launched devices like the Wildfire E3, the Wildfire E2 Plus, and the Wildfire E2 Play.

The Wildfire E3 debuted back in 2021, while the E2 models debuted in 2023. The entire lineup till now has consisted of budget-oriented smartphones. The HTC Wildfire E2 Play was released in April 2023, featuring a 6.82-inch IPS LCD display with a teardrop notch. The screen has an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels, a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, a 60Hz refresh rate, a 1500:1 contrast ratio, and 450 nits of brightness. It is powered by the Unisoc T606 chipset and comes with 8 GB of RAM.

The device includes 128 GB of internal storage, with the option to expand it using a microSD card. It runs on Android 12 and offers security features like a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and AI face unlock.

For photography, the Wildfire E2 Play has an 8-megapixel front camera for selfies. Its rear camera setup includes a 48-megapixel main camera, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and an LED flash.
