In other words, it could be released around the same time as the iPhone 18 lineup. Kuo further adds that the first foldable iPhone will have limited production at least till 2027. The analyst also believes that shipment of Apple’s first foldable product could hit between 3 to 5 million units in 2026 alone, with 2027 bumping this figure to a 20 million units. Since the company is known for its premium price tags, Kuo claims that the pricing is likely between 2,000 US Dollars and 2,500 US Dollars.

The first foldable from Apple is expected to be a notebook style model similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 6. It is unclear if it is an iPhone or an iPad model. There have already been various rumors like Samsung being its primary display supplier. Another rumor hints at the primary screen being a 7.74-inch inner folding panel, with the cover screen being a 5.49-inch display. This is all the information we have at the moment, so stick around for more.
