AnTuTu has released the Android flagship performance rankings for March 2025. The data is based on over 1,000 valid test results collected in China from March 1 to March 31. Scores are averages, not peak numbers.

The Vivo X200 Pro Satellite Edition, powered by the Dimensity 9400, clinched first place with an average score of 2,902,298. Snapdragon 8 Elite devices remain competitive: the iQOO 13 secured second place (2,885,754 points), trailing Vivo by just 16,544 points. Another MediaTek-powered device, the iQOO Neo 10 Pro, took third (2,817,285), followed by OnePlus’ Snapdragon flagships—the OnePlus 13 (2,789,969) and OnePlus Ace 5 Pro (2,789,528). These phones still offer solid performance.
Dimensity 9400 appears in four of the top ten, showing strong presence. It’s mid-cycle refresh called the Dimensity 9400+ is expected soon. Among the upcoming smartphones set to feature the Dimensity 9400+ are the Realme GT 7, launching in April, the Vivo X200S, and the next OnePlus Ace device—all expected in the first half of 2025.
