Vivo X200 Ultra Photography Kit: 7 key features officially confirmed

Vivo will unveil the Vivo X200 Ultra and several other devices on April 21 in China. Today, the brand will also offer a dedicated photography kit for the X200 Ultra’s buyers. A Weibo post by Vivo Product Manager Hano Boxiao not only gives the first look at the photography kit but also mentions all of its key features.

Boxiao confirmed 7 key features of the Vivo X200 Ultra Photography Kit as follows:

1. USB Type-C connection: Reduces latency and ensures faster, more stable connectivity.
2. Built-in 2,300mAh battery: Greatly enhances outdoor photography and video shooting endurance.
3. Integrated kickstand in the case: Allows for stable, upright positioning during shoots.
4. New dedicated video recording button: Enables instant recording with a single press.
5. Retro camera-inspired design: Aesthetically pleasing, with potential for multiple color options.
6. Stylish, professionally designed shoulder strap: Makes it easier to carry the setup.
7. A secret seventh feature: Described as the most impressive, but not yet revealed.

Vivo X200 Ultra camera specifications (rumored)

Vivo’s Product Vice President, Huang Tao, recently described the X200 Ultra as a “pocket smart camera that can make calls.” According to reports, its rear camera setup will comprise an OIS-assisted 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel LYT-818 ultra-wide lens, and an OIS-enabled 200-megapixel Samsung HP9 periscope telephoto lens. For an enhanced photography experience, it will feature the VS1 pre-processing and V3+ post-processing chips.

The Vivo X200 Ultra supports 4K recording at 60fps with 10-bit Log, as well as cinematic 4K at 120fps. It also features a physical camera control key, dubbed the Action Button, located on the right edge of the device. Additionally, it includes a customizable zoom flash system designed to deliver DSLR-like portrait photography.
