There have been reports that OnePlus plans to launch three phones, such as the OnePlus 13T, Ace 5S, and Ace 5V, within the second quarter of this year in China. The brand has already confirmed that the 13T will be unveiled this month. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, mentions the launch timeframe and chipsets of the Ace 5S and Ace 5V.

According to the tipster, OnePlus phones launching in May in China will feature the Dimensity 9400 Plus and Dimensity 9400e (previously known as Dimensity 9350) chipsets. While these are new chipsets, they will be custom-tuned versions of the existing D9400. For those who don’t know, the D9400+ will also power the Oppo Find X8s, Find X8s Plus, Vivo X200s, and Realme GT 7 launching this month in China.
The OnePlus phone with the Dimensity 9400+ chip is said to be the Ace 5S. On the other hand, the one featuring the Dimensity 9400e could be the Ace 5V. The latter is said to be equipped with a 1.5K flat OLED panel and a massive 7,000mAh battery.
Speaking of the Dimensity 9400e’s performance, it will be designed to offer better performance than the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. DCS added that the D9400e can achieve up to 2.1 million points on AnTuTu, while the Aztec 1440p graphics test hits around 95fps. This indicates that the Ace 5V may offer better performance, especially in gaming, as compared to forthcoming Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 phones, such as the iQOO Z10 Turbo and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. Additionally, the Ace 5V is said to carry aggressive pricing.
OnePlus is currently mum on the existence of the Ace 5S and Ace 5V. Likely, the brand will share details about these models only after the April launch of the OnePlus 13T.
