Xiaomi recently confirmed that it will officially unveil its self-developed Xring O1 chipset later this month. While the company has not yet shared the full specifications of the chip, a new Geekbench listing of the alleged Xiaomi 15s Pro reveals some key details. The device could be the first smartphone to feature the new in-house chip.

Xiaomi 15s Pro Geekbench listing reveals key specs

The Xiaomi 15s Pro, carrying the model number 25042PN24C, was earlier spotted on China’s 3C certification website. Now, it has appeared on the Geekbench database, indicating that the phone is powered by the Xring O1 chipset.

According to the listing, the Xring O1 is a deca-core processor with the following core configuration:

  • 2x high-performance cores at 3.90GHz
  • 4x performance cores at 3.40GHz
  • 2x efficiency cores at 1.89GHz
  • 2x additional efficiency cores at 1.80GHz
  • GPU: Mali-G925 Immortalis.

The listing also confirms the device will pack 16GB of RAM and run Android 15 out of the box. The benchmark results are quite impressive:

  • Single-core score: 2413
  • Multi-core score: 8068

The benchmark scores are quite impressive, coming close to what the Snapdragon 8 Elite delivers on Geekbench. Since the 15s Pro is part of Xiaomi’s flagship 15 series, it is expected to offer performance on par with Qualcomm’s top-tier silicon.

Will the Xring O1 power future Xiaomi 16 series phones?

According to earlier reports, the Xiaomi 16 and 16 Pro are expected to launch in China in September 2025 as the first smartphones with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2. Meanwhile, the Xiaomi 16 Ultra and 16s Pro are likely to follow in the first half of 2026. While it’s currently unknown if the Xiaomi 16 Ultra will use Qualcomm’s chip or the Xring O1, speculation suggests that the Xiaomi 16s Pro could adopt Xiaomi’s self-developed chipset — much like the 15s Pro.
