OnePlus has started releasing the OxygenOS V80P00 update for smartphones and tablets. The update went live on May 28, 2025, and will reach all supported devices by June 28, 2025. It brings system stability improvements and new features to Notes, File Manager, Phone Manager, and Private Safe.

In the Notes app, users on OxygenOS 14 and above can now use rich text formatting in tables, including bold and italic text. The update also allows users to drag audio or video files to change their position in a note. Users can now share audio or video files directly to the Notes app or insert media from Camera, Photos, or My Files.

On OxygenOS 15 and above, File Manager now includes a “My Files” widget. This widget lets users pin and access tagged files directly from the home screen.

Phone Manager adds a new tool called “Recommended to uninstall.” It suggests removing apps that haven’t been used for a long time. This feature can be accessed by going to Phone Manager, then Clean Up Storage, then Apps, and finally Uninstall.

Private Safe, available on OxygenOS 14 and above, now allows file search. On supported models, users can encrypt single files up to 20 GB in size. The update also improves how decrypted images and videos are displayed, again on select models.
