Samsung has introduced the Galaxy S25 FE in India, expanding its Fan Edition lineup with improved hardware, longer software support, and a design that brings it closer to the flagship Galaxy S25. The device was unveiled globally last week and is now officially available in the Indian market.

Samsung Galaxy S25 FE features
The Galaxy S25 FE features a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1900 nits of peak brightness. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ and is housed in a 7.4mm slim frame weighing 190 grams. The handset sports a glass back and Samsung’s upgraded Armor Aluminum frame. It also comes with an IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, allowing it to withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and storage options up to 512GB. Samsung has packed a larger 4,900mAh battery, an upgrade over the Galaxy S24 FE’s 4,700mAh unit, with support for 45W wired fast charging and 15W wireless charging. Reverse wireless charging is also supported.
The Galaxy S25 FE runs on Android 16 with Samsung’s One UI 8 skin and includes Galaxy AI features such as Gemini Live, Now Bar, Circle to Search, and Generative Edit. Samsung is committing to 7 years of Android OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates, aligning it with the support policy of its flagship lineup.
In terms of cameras, the rear setup remains mostly unchanged from the predecessor with a 50MP main sensor (f/1.8), 12MP ultrawide (f/2.2), and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom (f/2.4). The front camera, however, has been upgraded to a 12MP shooter from the 10MP sensor used in the Galaxy S24 FE. Connectivity options include Bluetooth 5.4, WiFi 6E, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1.
