Xiaomi has launched the Watch S4 41 mm in markets outside China, following its release in June 2025. In the EU, it is priced at €159.99, while the Milanese Strap version costs €219.99.
The Watch S4 41 mm has a 1.32-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels and peak brightness of 1,500 nits. It has a compact build but includes several health and fitness features.
The smartwatch uses a redesigned heart rate module that provides more accurate readings, especially during workouts. It also offers sleep tracking and a 21-day sleep optimization program to help users build better sleep habits.
For outdoor activities, the watch includes a dual-band GNSS module for precise GPS tracking. It supports more than 150 sports modes, such as swimming and skiing. Skin temperature tracking is also available, which supports enhanced female cycle prediction.
The device works with platforms like Suunto and Health Connect, giving users access to detailed fitness and health data. The Watch S4 41 mm runs on Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 instead of Google’s Wear OS.
Battery life is rated at up to 8 days with light use. Other features include customizable widgets, a rotating crown for easier navigation, a vlog mode that allows remote camera control on a paired smartphone, and an SOS button for emergencies.
In other news, Xiaomi has also debuted its 15T series smartphones today, as well as the Xiaomi Pad Mini, the Redmi Pad 2 Pro and the Xiaomi OpenWear Pro earbuds at its recent launch event held in Munich.
