Last month, Vivo unveiled the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro in China and the global market. In December, these phones are expected to debut in India. After these devices receive a wider launch, the company is expected to start teasing the X300 Ultra’s arrival in the coming year. In a new Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the display and camera details of the X300 Ultra.

According to the tipster, the Vivo X300 Ultra’s rear camera setup will have three cameras, with all of them equipped with upgraded large sensors compared to the Vivo X200 Ultra. He further stated that the X300 Ultra might become the industry’s first phone to feature a pair of 200-megapixel cameras. It appears that the primary camera will have a 35mm focal length, ideal for portraits, street, and everyday shots.

The same leak also reveals that the Vivo X300 Ultra is currently being tested with a new 6.8-inch OLED screen featuring a flat design and 2K resolution support. Under the hood, it is said to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.

The rumour mill is yet to reveal the X300 Ultra’s battery size and charging capabilities. As far as photography is concerned, it is expected to feature a 50-megapixel selfie camera and a 200-megapixel (Sony IMX09E, OIS) + 50-megapixel (Sony LYT-828) + 200-megapixel (Samsung HPB, periscope telephoto with OIS) triple-camera unit. It is expected to run on Android 16 with a layer of OriginOS 6 UI.

Early reports suggest that the Vivo X300s and Vivo X300 Ultra may debut in Q2 2026. It is also expected to hit the global market around the same time, marking the first Vivo Ultra-branded phone to release outside of China.
