The Vivo S2 FE has now shown up on Geekbench, giving us a first look at how the phone performs. The listing comes after model number V2640 was spotted on Bluetooth SIG and the BIS certification database in India. The phone has now appeared in three certification databases, although Vivo has yet to officially announce it.
Vivo launched the Vivo S2 in India last month, and the S2 FE is expected to be the next model in the series. The company hasn’t revealed a launch date yet.
Vivo S2 FE Geekbench listing
The Vivo S2 FE scored 868 points in the single-core test and 2,887 points in the multi-core test. Geekbench lists the phone with MediaTek’s MT6858 processor with four cores clocked at 2.00GHz and four at 2.50GHz, along with a Mali-G610 MC2 GPU.

Those clock speeds match the Dimensity 7300e, suggesting that it could be the chipset used in the Vivo S2 FE. Vivo hasn’t confirmed this yet, though.
The Geekbench listing also shows Android 16 and 6GB of RAM. This is likely just one of the available configurations, so other RAM and storage options could be offered when the phone launches.
Could it be a rebranded Vivo V80 Lite 5G?
Earlier reports linked the Vivo S2 FE with the Vivo V80 Lite 5G, which launched in Malaysia with a large 10,000mAh battery.
The Vivo V80 Lite 5G has a 6.84-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a 50-megapixel rear camera, a 32-megapixel selfie camera, and 44W fast charging. It uses the Dimensity 7300e as well, which lines up with the chipset shown in the Vivo S2 FE’s Geekbench listing.
For now, however, the connection between the two phones remains unconfirmed. Vivo hasn’t announced the S2 FE or shared its specifications.
