Oppo is lining up the global Reno 17 family for markets outside China. The more affordable Oppo Reno 17F 5G is the latest to clear Thailand’s NBTC under model CPH3013, after earlier stops at India’s BIS and Indonesia’s TKDN and SDPPI platforms. That follows the standard Oppo Reno 17 5G (CPH2975), which picked up the same Thai approval last week.

A run of certifications like this usually means a launch window is closing in, even though Oppo has not shared a date or price yet.

The NBTC listing for the F model confirms the CPH3013 model number and the Oppo Reno 17F 5G name for global markets. An NBD entry dated August 28, 2026, also tips a 6.57-inch OLED panel, 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage for that CPH3013 unit, though chipset, cameras, and battery details are still missing.

The standard Reno 17 certification similarly reveals the CPH2975 model number and the Oppo Reno 17 5G name. It had already cleared BIS, TKDN, and SDPPI before Thailand. Earlier live shots and India tips point to a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 setup, a battery around 7,000mAh, and a 50-megapixel triple camera for that market, with a China series debut still talked about for November and ColorOS 17 on board. The Reno 17 Pro specs leak fills in the higher tier, while the F phone should sit where the Reno 16F did in last year’s global stack.

As per reports, Oppo will unveil the Reno 17 series in China in November. It is expected to face competition from the Vivo S70 series and Honor 700 series in the home market. With multiple certifications for the global Reno 17 and Reno 17F already, it may launch in quick succession after the China launch. So the global launch could be by December this year or early January 2027.
