Now, according to insider sources, Huawei is keen to start working on the Nexus 7 device. If Google chooses Huawei once again, then it will be the second consecutive time the company will make a Nexus device.

The source reveals that the 2016 Nexus 7 project has already begun. Although Huawei still wants to continue as the Nexus maker for the second consecutive year, it is said that Google is yet to confirm it. Also, we still don’t know whether this is the new Nexus 7 tablet or is it the Nexus 7 smartphone.

Since the Nexus 7 name has been used exclusively for the tablet lineup till now, the source could be hinting at a new tablet from the company. However, we are not quite sure of that at the moment, so its best to wait for some more concrete details in the coming months.

The company’s current Nexus model, the Huawei 6P, isn’t without complaints, but it’s still a great flagship Android phone. The company has designed the phone pretty well and has provided enough firepower under the hood to tackle all tasks. So, if Google continues with Huawei for another year, it won’t be surprising.

So, what do you think? Should Huawei continue as the Nexus maker for the second year? Or do you think any other company will be able to make better Nexus phones that Huawei?

Recently, Google has been released a new version of the Nexus 7 tablet, this tablet has new hardware and features. Well, if it can beat iPad Mini?

Designs: successful weight loss and down the screen frame is too large
First Nexus 7 is a soft, very comfortable to take tablets, but the overall feeling is not be called upscale. New version of the Nexus 7 is obviously some look more stylish, elegant with a full black body design, without the original game toys style, even more delicate. Matte texture on the back still has a soft touch, but want to touch on such instance Galaxy Note 9.0 models with smooth plastic back a lot better. Another body is also just 8.65 mm thick, 290 g weight, significantly slimmer than its predecessor. In addition, Google reduced by about one inch border around the screen, making the new version of the Nexus 7 is more suitable for my palm, I can grab a phone like that hold it, this is iPad mini, or other 7-inch tablet that can not be achieved .

However, Google does not reduce the size of the screen up and down the border, so that the new Nexus 7 screen looks a little funny. Although the advantage is that you can have enough space for holding the body, but in fact no one needs so much space, so this is the overall design of the new Nexus 7 incongruous parts. In addition, the 16:10 ratio screen makes the Nexus 7 looks very long, may be to some extent affect the effect of reading books.

Details of the part, the bottom of the new Nexus 7 was designed micro-USB port for charging and syncing, while the volume and power buttons are all designed in the fuselage on the right. Top of the screen you can also see a front camera, there is a larger fuselage of the 500 million pixel camera. As with previous releases, the new Asus Nexus 7 or by the OEM, so the fuselage has a big “Nexus” and a little “ASUS” logo.

Two parameters of the camera looks are bland, but basically are good enough, especially in the new 5-megapixel rear camera that can shoot better photos. Front camera is still only 1.2 million pixels, but the realization of the self-timer and video calls basic enough. For me personally, still very annoying to use the Tablet PC camera, but the new version of the Nexus 7 to strengthen the overall camera performance, it will undoubtedly be more common pro-consumer gaze.

Display: 1920 x 1200 resolution is very delicate
Normally, I would use the 7-inch tablet to check e-mail, and sometimes play games, but basically I’m online video applications are the most frequently used apps. Therefore, this means that the screen display of small sized portable tablet is still very important. The new Nexus 7 with a 7.02 inches, 1920 * 1200 resolution IPS screen, the pixel density up to 323ppi, is the most clear 7-inch tablet. Screen resolution enhancement allows text, images and video playback is more delicate, the screen color is very natural, the viewing angle is still very good, greatly improved the readability of the new Nexus 7.

In addition, the new Nexus 7 stereo sound speakers also enhance the overall playback, making it the best multimedia portable tablet.

Software: The latest Android 4.3 system
In the past three months, Google has been discussing ecological problems tablet computer systems, in the previous I / O conference, and the conference, have talked about the Tablet PC is designed specifically for the Play Store app store, as well as new development tools. Although the Android system has achieved great success, but in fact a dedicated tablet-oriented applications are still too few, Google is aware of this issue and are actively seeking solutions, but compared to the money already has tens of thousands of dedicated applications, Apple iPad, Google or later some of it.

Nexus 7 uses a new version of Android 4.3 system, this version is still called “jelly beans”, regarded as a slightly improved version, and not a huge leap. Android 4.3 now has to support Bluetooth LE and OpenGL ES 3.0 capabilities, the former can be achieved with good wearable smart devices interact, and the latter can effectively improve the graphics tablet. In addition, the store also added a software control features, you can enable or restrict the operation of applications and in-app purchase, for parents with children is quite easy.

The other is the Google Play Game Center functionality is basically a simplified version of Apple’s Game Center, you can record your game results, to find the same game being friends, and you can create multiplayer games. Generally speaking, although I can not say for sure that Android 4.3 has many performance improvements, but there is no doubt is the most fluent Nexus 7 Android tablet, although Google is still no improvement in the Play Store in the scrolling animation effect.

Performance is good but the configuration is still not top
Old Nexus 7 with a Tegra 3 processor, for a very low-cost tablet considered mainstream configurations. But in fact I use for some time, really feel powerless performance. The new Nexus 7 is using the currently more popular Qualcomm processor, but it seems still not enough top. While 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro (APQ8064) processor and 2GB RAM for the Nexus 7 brings powerful performance, I rarely encounter Caton or crash phenomenon, of course, Google Play Store animated scrolling effect excluded.

In addition, the performance of the battery life is also good, I basically spent a whole day using only 75% of the electricity, so if not the use of high-strength, stick a few days should not be a problem.

In the hardware to run sub-tests, even if the new Nexus 7 won far more than its predecessor scores (Quadrant 5602 security Bunny 19,765 points), but compared to some of the other competitors, this result is basically still relatively common. After all, APQ8064 While the processor is actually the product a year ago, while the Android platform is so attached to hardware performance, which makes me suspect the Nexus 7 in the market’s long-term viability.

Although $ 229 (about 1404 yuan) of the price is not expensive, but once a year upgrade still make a lot of users too much, if you need more storage space and LTE functionality, you need to spend more, the user may expect the hardware configuration at least as much top for some, but not soon be eliminated.

Of course, the new Nexus 7 still is a powerful tablet PC, even one year after its hardware configuration has been mediocre, but still has a delicate screen and can smooth playback 1080P online video, or enough to cope with everyday applications.

Summary
The new Nexus 7 is the biggest piece of the progress of high-definition screen, I have read the 200 in the above text, excellent display effect is undoubtedly stunning. However, although the quality of Android applications has been greatly improved quality, but the tablet’s dedicated application is still less than normal, making the Nexus 7 ecological aspects in the system is far behind Apple iPad.

Many users may be in the Apple iPad mini and the new Nexus 7 tablet in two hesitant, I suggest you login before you buy Google Play store, if you can find everything you need applications, then select Nexus 7 is no problem. On the one hand it is very comfortable to use, in addition to the effect of high-definition screen is also very good, the new system also let people see the limitless possibilities.

Of course, Apple iPad mini still has a better ecosystem, quantity and quality of proprietary software is more abundant, but if Google can combine software developers as soon as the new high-definition display Nexus 7 launch specific applications, even if Apple has introduced a Retina screen of iPad mini, I still would choose the new Nexus 7, after the latter’s price to be cheaper.

Pros:
· HD screen showing excellent results
· Slimmer body
· Stable performance

Cons:
· Upper and lower border of the screen too lenient
· The system still lags behind iOS Applied Ecology

According to sources, the tablet still puts the quality as well as the first-generation Nexus 7 tablet. For example, the tablet will use Qualcomm processor. Google is prefers to choose Qualcomm rather than NVidia in the chipset for the power efficiency..

Furthermore, the tablet is also going to be the second collaboration between Google and Asus. As is known, in the development of first-generation Nexus 7 tablet, Google is also working with the Taiwanese company. In addition, Google has also designed the device with a thinner bezel size.

Regarding the price of this tablet will not be too much different when compared with first-generation Nexus 7. It is said that Google will offers the next generation Nexus 7 for $199 USD, while at the same time it will also reduce the price of Google Nexus 7 first generation to be $49 USD.

As evidence, the Japanesse consumer, who has Twitter name as “Oppose” was posting photos of those Jelly Bean Android 4.1 tablet on Twitter. In the photo, the tablet has 26.62GB free capacity, the total capacity that could be used as 27.58GB.

The emergence of news is of course very encouraging. At least, this news confirms the existence of Google’s Nexus 7 that was widely rumored 32GB.

From the first launch, Google only provides two versions of the Galaxy Nexus, the 8GB version and the 16GB version. With no microSD slot, of course, a tablet with a larger storage capacity is the main option for consumers. There has been no confirmation from the Google on this accidentally shipping.

After the supply was disrupted, intercepted Google Nexus 7 is another matter. In China, the presence of 7-inch tablets from Google is blocked. China reportedly deliberately stalling in approving the import of Nexus 7.

Google and China did have a little problem. This step is also likely one of the Chinese government actions that is known to implement unilaterally sensor.

China seems still cannot be friendly to Google. As is known, in March 2010, Google Search had blocked out of China because it was considered rebellious local government about censorship of search results.

This time, as quoted from the Tech Radar, China again tackle on Google by blocking Nexus 7 entry to the Chinese country – even as the vendor Asus tablet makers, who come from countries that are allied with him.

Again, I have to be very clever to take to heart the Chinese government in order to sell there. Without the approval of the local government, the Nexus 7 will be difficult to penetrate the Chinese market.
