As December’s chill sets in, Pokémon GO gears up for its festive Winter Holiday Part 1 event. This year’s celebration is particularly thrilling, introducing the adorable Cetoddle and its evolution, Cetitan, to the Pokémon world. The event, running from December 18 to December 25, promises to sprinkle a little extra magic into the holiday season.

The Winter event is expected to bring old players back to the game

Pokémon GO isn’t just a game; it’s a global phenomenon that blends the virtual with the real, encouraging players to explore their surroundings in search of Pokémon. Launched back in the summer of 2016, it quickly became more than just a game—it’s a community, a way to connect, and a reason to get outside and explore.

This year’s event aligns with Pokémon GO’s current Season 13: Timeless Travels, focusing on Hisuian Pokémon. Trainers can eagerly anticipate more than just Cetoddle and Cetitan; Hisuian Samurott and Wrydeer also make appearances. And while the much-anticipated Pokémon GO Tour featuring Sinnoh Pokémon is on the horizon, the Winter Holiday Part 1 event provides the perfect interim excitement.

What sets this event apart is not just the new Pokémon but the festive spirit infused into the game. Pikachu and Raichu don holiday outfits, bringing cheer to every encounter. Ice-themed Pokémon like Alolan Sandshrew, Seel, and Galarian Darumaka will be more common in the wild, along with festive versions of Eevee, Stantler, and Spheal. This festive line-up extends to raids as well, with themed Pokémon appearing in one-star and three-star raids.

The event is more than just about catching Pokémon; it’s about choice and rewards. Timed Research allows trainers to choose their bonuses, be it double XP or Stardust. Field Research tasks offer encounters with winter-themed Pokémon and provide Mega Energy for Mega Abomasnow and Mega Glalie. Moreover, two paid tickets offer additional rewards, enhancing the holiday experience.

The increase in storage capacity for items and Pokémon, announced this December, talks volumes about the game’s continuous growth. The final Community Day of the year, featuring Pokémon from past events, is a nod to the game’s rich history and dedicated fan base. As trainers around the globe join in the festivities, Pokémon GO continues to prove why it remains a beloved part of many people’s lives.

Pokémon Go is undoubtedly one of the most successful mobile games of all time. However, human verification can also be a way for scammers to collect personal information or install malware on users’ devices. It is important to be careful when downloading Pokémon GO GPS spoofers from third-party sources. Always check the reviews of the spoofer before downloading it.

One common experience many players have when seeking pokemon go spoofing tools or in-game resources is the dreaded “verification loop.” Here’s how it typically works:

Initial Attraction: The website promises a valuable service, like location spoofing or in-game coins, without verification. The website is not official website.

First Step: Users are asked to input some information or make a selection. This gives the illusion of authenticity.

The Loop Begins: Before accessing the promised tool or resources, users are asked to complete a quick verification— this could be a survey, an app download, or another action. Sometimes it may ask you to enter your Pokemon Go user name and password.

Endless Tasks: Even after completing the verification, the website redirects to another task, then another. It becomes an endless cycle.

The Reality: These loops rarely, if ever, end with the user getting what was promised. Instead, the website operators earn money each time a user completes an action, and the user gets nothing but wasted time.

Always download pogo spoofer apps from reputable sources like Google Play for Android or the App Store for iOS.

Third-party app stores and direct downloads from websites can be riskier.

Is There Any Free Pokémon GO Coin Generator Hack No Human Verification?

Real, trustworthy coin generators without human verification are elusive. Always be cautious; many are scams or can result in game bans. You need buy the Pokemon go coins from the game store.

Is There Any Pokémon GO Candy Generator No Verification?

Candy generators can impact gameplay and are frequently detected by Niantic. Use these tools wisely. You can earn Pokemon go candy by walking with your buddy.

Is There Any Pokémon GO Joystick iOS No Verification?

A joystick tool simulates “walks” in the game. Both iGPSGo and iPoGo offer joystick functionalities without verifications.

Is it safe to download Pokémon GO Spoofer iOS that Need Verification?

Since you cannot download a Pokémon GO spoofer directly from the Apple App Store (due to its violations), you’d need to use a third-party source. These sources often carry a higher risk of malware or unwanted software. Many websites that promote game cheats, hacks, or spoofers might ask users to complete “human verification” steps, which can include filling out surveys, downloading other apps, or providing personal information. These can lead to phishing attempts, unwanted software downloads, or other scams.

Although the frenzy surrounding the highly popular gaming isn’t as it was in 2016, the game is still extremely popular and is still generating revenue in billions for the company. Data released by research firm Sensor Tower shows that Niantic has grossed over $5 billion since it was first launched in July 2016. That’s an average of a billion yearly Sensor Tower analytics shows.

The COVID 19 induced lockdown which enveloped the entire world in 2020 has been shown to have favoured the gaming industry and Niantic’s Pokemon Go isn’t left behind. The data by sensor Tower shows that the company raked in an estimated $1.3 billion USD in 2020. This is the company’s best record year yet, far eclipsing te previous record set in 2019 when the company grossed around $400 million from Pokémon Go players.

Sensor Tower attributes the game’s success in 2020 to Niantic’s updates to the game. The company, leveraging on the lockdown, made the virtual reality game more suited to a world where it isn’t feasible for people to assemble in large crowds or go out for walks. This seems to have resonated well with fans considering the record-setting revenue.

Niantic has already hinted that it plans to revert some of the changes which were triggered by the pandemic. However, some of the changes will still be retained while a couple of new tweaks will be added. While we don’t have the data for Pokemon Go’s revenue for this year so far, the game still seems to enjoy some popularity as the company is set to host its online Pokémon Go Fest on July 17 and 18. In-person events will be hosted in some cities on July 17 with admission set at $5, down from $14.99 in previous years, as a result of the game’s five-year anniversary.

In a statement released by the VP of product management at Niantic, Kei Kawaii, the company expressed satisfaction at the partnership which is being kick-started with the development of an AR game based on popular Nintendo character Pikmin. The mobile gaming app is being developed at Niantic’s Tokyo studio, which is its first job since it was established in 2018.

The app includes gameplay activities aimed at enhancing or encouraging walking activities. Niantic’s CEO, John Hanke had said that the company is looking to shape the future of AR, especially in mobile applications, using Nintendo personas, stressing the forthcoming AR game has real-life connotations. It will be a mixed bag for Nintendo who is making forays into the world of mobile gaming and has enjoyed success on the traditional gaming console template over the years.

Niantic has gradually established itself in the mobile gaming spectrum with some highly successful games like Pokemon Go and Ingress and would expect the new AR game based on Pikmin to be an instant success when it is released later this year. Nintendo is also excited with the deployment of Niantic’s AR technology to project Pikmin in a more compelling and innovative manner.

According to Niantic’s VP, more details of the new partnership and the upcoming game development will be provided in the coming months as the company continues to pursue its mission to encourage people to explore the world together. Meanwhile, Niantic has created a pre-registration page for those who would like to try out the app when it rolls out.

The elderly Pokémon lover has upgraded his bike, which now carries a whopping 64 smartphones that all play Pokémon Go.

Back in 2018, Pokémon Go Grandpa was discovered and shared by a user on Reddit that instantly blew up in popularity. The 72 year old person was discovered playing the game with 6 smartphones attached to his bike. The man named Chen San-yuan is a retired Feng Shui master and an avid Pokémon Go fan, with his nickname being derived from his love for the game.

Editor’s Pick: Pokémon Unite from Tencent brings a new strategy based MOBA title to handheld devices

Chen said that he started playing the game after his grandson introduced him to it. Now, he plays nearly 20 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week playing it, until his phone’s battery gets exhausted. But apparently that did not deter the elder gamer, as he simply added the number of smartphones on his bike as a solution. Furthermore, he even made a solution to mount them on his bike and plug a charge in for all of them, keeping them charged and powered up on the go.

However, what is glaringly obvious is that the man knew no bounds as he kept adding the number of smartphones. Starting from 6 back 2018, Pokémon Go Grandpa has now evolved his bike to carry 64 smartphones. The layout is quite interesting, to say the least, and highly resembles the pattern a peacock’s feathers would when unfurled. So, it’s safe to say that Pokémon Go Grandpa is definitely out to catch em all.

If the reports on Reddit are to be believed, then Niantic, the company behind Pokémon Go game, is banning users with Xiaomi devices even though they have done nothing wrong. Some users are speculating that anti-cheating measures built into Pokémon Go are misidentifying an app or system process which is unique to Xiaomi phones.

The players are getting banned with a 30-day suspension to permanent account closures. From the report, it seems that the ban issue may only affect certain devices from Xiaomi, running MIUI 10.3.2 but it has not been confirmed if that’s the only culprit. Niantic has not yet responded to this matter.

Pokémon Go is an augmented reality (AR) game by developed by Niantic in collaboration with Nintendo and The Pokémon Company for Android and iOS devices. It uses the mobile device GPS to locate, capture, battle, and train virtual ‘Pokémon’, which appear as if they are in the player’s real-world location. It uses freemium business model and supports in-app purchases for additional in-game items.

Launched in 2016, the game was one of the most used and profitable mobile apps of 2016. By early 2019, the game had crossed over 1 billion downloads worldwide, grossing over $3 billion in revenue. The game, which now has over 480 Pokémon, had over 147 million monthly active users as of May 2018.

The latest update will carry some significant advancements which will give a new life to the Pokemon GO game. As per the official announcement, Pokemon GO is going to get an improved AR photo mode. It is an extension to the already present AR+ feature on the Pokemon GO game. Currently, the feature is limited to some places where Pokémon is spotted. Users are not able to click a picture wherever they want without any restriction.

The new improved feature aka. AR photo mode will allow users to drop any creature in their bag on the landscape. It will give users the ability to snap a photo with the creature you have in your wardrobe. Even though, you will be able to change its angle and light for a perfect shot.

Currently, the feature is not available in the game, though it is coming soon on both the Android and iOS devices. The new AR photo mode will work in both ways either at a specific location or by accessing the camera with your bag items.

In order to use the Pokemon GO’s new feature, select the Pokemon and tap on the screen to throw Poke Ball. After finding Pokemon at the right place, you can adjust the angle before taking the photo. All photos will be stored on your phone, and you can even share them on popular social networks.
