Huawei finally show their Windows Phone 8 smartphone on CES2013, this phone is Huawei Ascend W1. The hardware specification is almost entirely consistent with previous exposure.
Huawei Ascend W1 is equipped with a 4.0-inch WVGA (800×480) screen, 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8230 dual-core processor (is integrated Adreno305 GPU), 512MB of RAM, 4GB of ROM (maximum support for 32GB via microSD expansion slot), powered by 1950mAh battery capacity, 3 megapixel VGA front facing camera, and 5 megapixel rear facing camera, support for NFC functionality, and has removable rear cover.
The body dimension is 124.5×63.5×10.5mm. Available in Blue, Pink, White, Black variety of colors to choose. The overall configuration is slightly better than the HTC 8S.
According to Huawei product manager Richard Bhudhikanok between the conversation, it seems that there are many more exciting new devices coming from Huawei.
Richard Bhudhikanok said, although he could not disclose any specific plans that may be about to release new products and release date, but the company is developing a similar phone which has 6.1 inches devices.
