Huawei’s Honor 6 to run on octa-core Kirin 920 processor, have 5-inch screen, and cost 2998 RMB (482.08 USD)

June’s most anticipated phone is the Honor 6 (model name is “Mulan”). According to Huawei, the Honor 6 will be released on June 24. Details on the specifications have been released.


In his Weibo account, Huawei’s sales department chief, Liu Jiangfeng stated that the Honor 6 will be Huawei’s best one yet. Not surprisingly, Huawei will sell the Honor 6 along with Tencent as they have sold products together in the past.


According to the information that has been released, the Huawei Honor 6 will be the first cell phone to use HiSilicon’s octa-core processing chip (Kirin 920 with a main frequency of 1.3GHz), has a 5-inch 1080p screen, 5mP front camera, 13mP rear camera, and a built-in memory of 3GB. According to news reports, it will cost 2998 RMB.
