Razer has decided to celebrate the Spring Festival for the Chinese New Year by releasing a Gold limited edition of its Razer Phone. The new variant will be available in a limited stock and it distinguishes from the standard version with the presence of a gold logo. The box is also different: it is a special red box which contains gold stickers with the logo of the company.
If we exclude the gold logo, the rest of the design is exactly the same as the version already in the market. Razer Phone Gold Edition for 2018 was launched in the International Razer Store and it is also available to purchase through three retail stores in Hong Kong. It is possible to buy it at a price tag of $699.99. The rest of the specs remains the same just like the design.

Razer Phone has a 5.7-inch display which is the only smartphone screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It shows images at a Quad HD resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. Under the hood, there is an octa-core Snapdragon 835 processor by Qualcomm running at a max frequency of 2.35 GHz, paired with 8 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. There is also a dual camera setup on the back (12 MP), and a huge 4000 mAh battery.
