The 360 N6 Pro was released in the last quarter of 2017. The Snapdragon 660-powered device runs Android Nougat out of the box but should get an upgrade soon.

360 Mobiles has announced that the N6 Pro will be updated to Android 8.0 Oreo. In the announcement, it was also revealed that it has begun recruiting testers for the open beta version of Android Oreo for the device.

The 360 N6 Pro has a 5.99” FHD+ display, up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It has dual rear cameras – a 16MP primary sensor paired with a 2MP secondary sensor. It also has an 8MP front-facing camera.

It also has a large 4050mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. There is a fingerprint scanner on the rear but it will be a nice addition if the Android Oreo update comes with Face Unlock.

The device launched with a starting price of ¥1699 (~$268) but has now been slashed to ¥1399 (~$221). If you are interested in signing up for the closed beta, you should head to the official forum page here.
