Apart from the Samsung Galaxy Note 9, the South Korean company has couple of new devices such as Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Tab S4 and some other tablets in the coming week. Among the upcoming tablets from the company, the Galaxy Tab S4 is rumored to be packed with advanced specs. Fresh information has revealed that the company may announce the Galaxy Tab S4 at the upcoming Unpacked event that will be held on Aug. 9 to announce the Galaxy Note 9 phablet. A leaked hands-on video of the tablet has also surfaced today to reveal its appearance.

The above video only lasts for 10 seconds, but it manages to reveal that the Galaxy Tab S4 will be arriving in Black and Gray color variants. The other thing that can be seen in the short clip is that the tablet does not feature a physical home button which is available on the predecessor Galaxy Tab S3. The tablet seems to be sporting 16:10 aspect ratio display.

The Galaxy Tab S4 does not feature a fingerprint scanner. The leaked firmware files of the Tab S4 has revealed that it will be equipped with iris scanner and Intelligent Scan feature which can be found on flagship phones like Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ and Galaxy Note 8 phones. Intelligent Scan is a feature that combines iris scanner and facial recognition.

Plenty of information on the specifications of the Galaxy Tab S4 have surfaced in the recent weeks. The tablet is expected to house a 10.5-inch Super AMOLED display that will carry support for Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.

The Snapdragon 835 SoC will be powering the tablet along with 4 GB of RAM. It has a native storage of 64 GB and it is preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo OS. The tablet draws power from a massive 7,300mAh battery. It has a rear camera of 13-megapixel and a frontal shooter of 8-megapixel. The device will be also carrying support for DeX.

According to Techno Buffalo, its sources have revealed that Samsung’s upcoming Unpacked event that will be held in New York at Aug. 9 will be used to announced Galaxy Note 9 as well as Galaxy Tab S4. The launch invitation of the Note 9 had featured an S Pen stylus. Since the Note 9 and Tab S4 are equipped with S Pen, it is likely that both devices may get announced at the same event.

There is no information available on when it will be launching the Galaxy Watch. Probably, the next smartwatch from the company will be unveiled at IFA 2018 tech expo that will be held in Berlin, Germany at the end of the coming month.
