Few months ago, Xiaomi had introduced Redmi 6 series of smartphones such as Redmi 6A, Redmi 6 and Redmi 6 Pro in China. With few months remaining in this year, Xiaomi fans are eagerly waiting for the successor for the Redmi Note 5 and Redmi Note5 Pro. Well-known tipster Roland Quandt has recently claimed Redmi Note 6 Pro is coming which indicates that the Redmi Note 6 will also alongside it.

Rumors have it that model numbers M1806E7TC, M1806E7TE, M1806E7TG, M1806E7TH, M1806E7TI, M1806E7TS and M1806E7TT are the variants of the phones that belong to the Redmi Note 6 series. Among these models like M1806E7TC, M1806E7TE, M1806E7TS and M1806E7T have already received certification from China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (CMIIT) in the recent past.

Also, model numbers M1806E7TG and M1806E7TH have gained approval from Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the U.S. and National Communications Commission (NCC) in Taiwan. It is speculated that these two could end up as Redmi Note 6 and Note 6 Pro. There is a fresh listing for M1806E7TH model on the website of Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) in Russia. In May, the same bodied had certified Redmi Note 6 models such as Redmi Note 6, Note 6a, Note 6a Prime and Redmi Note 6 Pro.

Apart from the information that has been shared by Quandt, there are no other details available on Redmi Note 6 and Note 6 Pro smartphones. According to Quandt, the Redmi Note 6 Pro would be coming in 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM and 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM variants in Europe. These variants are expected to be priced between 200 euros and 250 euros in Europe. It may arrive in colors like Gold, Blue and Black. Since the Pro variant of the Redmi Note 5 came in 6 GB RAM option, there is a possibility that the Note 6 Pro would be also coming in 64 GB storage + 6 GB RAM variant.

There is no information available on the launch date of the Redmi Note 6 series. The Redmi Note 5 and Note 5 Pro were unleashed in February this year. However, their successor editions may go official by the end of 2018.
