Now, it is possible to check in detail the status of updates on Nokia phones by heading to a page of the official website. This page is not new, but it has just been updated to include detailed info. Sadly, it only regards security updates, but still better than nothing.
Now, it is very easy to check which is the latest security patch rolled out on each Nokia phones, in each specific variant. You just have to click the source link at the end of this article, then select the desired phone to check the status of its security updates and even its major Android version.
The website will show you both the security patches and the maintenance releases rolled out, alongside the date when they have been made available. If you own a Nokia phone and you want to compare the update status of your devices with the one on the website, you just have to head to the settings and select the About device info, then compare the build numbers. Note that currently Nokia 5.1 Plus and 6.1 Plus are missing from the list.
