Realme U1 selfie focused smartphone will be announced on Nov. 28 in India. Fresh renders of the smartphone have surfaced to showcase its front and rear design.

The freshly leaked renders of the Realme smartphone reveal that it will be sporting a waterdrop notch display like the Realme 2 Pro smartphone. The handset seems to be equipped with a glass rear. A fingerprint scanner is placed on the rear along with a vertical dual camera. The volume buttons on the left edge of the device whereas the power button can be found on the right edge.

The render leak also carries some information on the key specs. It reveals that the handset features a 6.21-inch display that produces Full HD+ resolution. The handset may arrive with a6 GB of RAM and a native storage of 128 GB. The waterdrop notch of the phone may include a 25-megapixel selfie camera. The leak does not contain any information on its dual camera configuration and battery size.

Realme has already confirmed that the Realme U1 will be the world’s first MediaTek Helio P70 powered smartphone. The Realme U1 that has a model number of RMX1833 has achieved 145,021 benchmarking scores on AnTuTu. It is expected to deliver better performance than Huawei’s Kirin 710 chipset and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 636.

The render appears like a photoshopped version of the Realme 2 Pro smartphone. Yesterday, Realme CEO Madhav Sheth was spotted holding a mysterious Gold colored Realme smartphone. The handset was equipped with a horizontal dual camera module. Since the company has never released a gold colored smartphone, it was speculated that it could be the Realme U1 Pro smartphone. Later, he had also shared a selfie that was shot using the same phone.

It is speculated that the Realme U1 will be priced between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 15,0000. The handset will be available for buying exclusively through Amazon India.
