However, this time around it will be available with regular pricing.

The base model of the Redmi Note 6 Pro that includes 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage is priced at Rs. 13,999. On the other side, the higher model with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage costs Rs. 15,999. At 12 PM today, the smartphone can be availed through Flipkart, Mi.com and Mi Store app. It can be bought in colors like Black, Blue, Red and Rose Gold.

As far as launch offers are concerned, the Redmi Note 6 Pro buyers on Mi.com can benefit from Rs. 2,200 cash back with Jio and free Hungama Music subscriptions for three months. Flipkart is offering the smartphone with a starting no cost EMI pricing of Rs. 2,334. Users of Axis Bank Buzz credit card can avail an additional discount of 5 percent.

The Redmi Note 6 Pro features a notched display of 6.26 inches. It carries support for 19:9 aspect ratio and Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2280 pixels. The Snapdragon 636 chipset is present under the hood of the device. A 4,000mAh battery that carries support for Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging technology is available inside the device.

The notch of the smartphone houses 20-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera system for capturing selfies. The rear shell of the phone is equipped with 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. The smartphone comes loaded with MIUI 9.6 flavored Android 8.1 Oreo OS.
