OnePlus entered the smart TV market last year with its OnePlus TV Q1 / Q1 Pro. These televisions are still limited to India, the company’s largest market. They are yet to be a year old but the company is already set to launch a newer model with an updated processor.

A new OnePlus TV and OnePlus Remote Control have been recently spotted by 9to5Google on Bluetooth SIG (Special Interest Group). The only info they can garner is that this new TV with model number ‘55UA0A00’ could be powered by an updated processor and will feature a 55-inch panel.

Additionally, it will also come with a new remote, which is strange as most brands use the same remote for their particular series or even whole portfolio in some cases.

The already available TV models are powered by MediaTek MT5670 chipset. This chip was only unveiled a day before the launch of OnPlus TV Q1 / Q1 Pro. Hence, the same could happen for the upcoming TV as well.

Further, the OnePlus TV Q1 series sport a 55-inch QLED panel and run Android TV with OxygenPlay content integration service in partnership with multiple OTT platforms. The only difference between the ‘Regular’ and the ‘Pro’ version is the inclusion of retractable speakers.

The OnePlus TV Q1 and Q1 Pro retail for ₹69,899 ($923) and ₹99,899 ($1,399)  in India.
