A few days ago, Motorola teased the arrival of the G100 smartphone showing the device’s design in Blue color. The company is finally said to bring it to the global markets on March 25.

The Motorola Moto G100 is said to launch Globally on March 25(via @NilsAhrDE). Official press renders were leaked yesterday(with watermarks) by Techniknews. Today, LetsGoDigital has come out(source: mobielkopen.net) with the product images without watermark and it looks like the company is bringing both White and Blue colors globally but with few tweaks in shades.

The device is codenamed ‘Nio’ and has a model number ‘XT2125’ for the Global markets. It’s mostly the same as the Motorola Edge S from China. However, it has a minor addition i.e, a dedicated Google Assistant Key on the left.

The Moto G100 will likely feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. This display will have a dual punch-hole on it to house the 16MP + 8MP front cameras and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Under the hood, the Moto G100 will sport a Snapdragon 870 chipset just like the Chinese variant. At the back, we see the same camera layout on the Moto G100 and it shows ’64MP’ and ‘Audio Zoom’. Accordingly, the device is said to feature the same 64MP wide-angle + 16MP ultra-wide + 2MP depth + ToF sensor.

Other expected features include a 3.5mm audio jack, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, 5,000mAh battery with 20W Turbo Power charging, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, up to 12GB RAM, 256 GB storage, and run Android 11 OS out of the box.

The device is expected to retail for €400-500 in Europe. Let’s wait for the next 10 days to know it officially.
