OnePlus has a couple of mid-range phones launching this summer. We already know the OnePlus Nord CE 5G is one of them which is scheduled to arrive this week, on June 10 to be specific. Another model in the Nord line confirmed to be on the way and specifically for the North American market is the OnePlus Nord N200 5G, and now we get a first look at the device along with some key specs.

OnePlus Nord N200 5G official render

CEO of OnePlus, Pete Lau, revealed the details of the new Nord phone in an interview with PCMag and he is quoted to have said that the OnePlus Nord N200 5G will be its “most affordable 5G device ever”.

The OnePlus Nord N200 5G will have a 6.49-inch 1080p LCD display with a punch hole at the top left corner and a 90Hz refresh rate. This is an upgrade from the 720p panel of the Nord N100.

With respect to the phone’s design, the display has curved corners and the lower bezel is noticeably thicker than the sides and forehead. The OnePlus Nord N200 5G has three cameras but the sensors and the camera housing are larger. There is also no fingerprint scanner on the back o the phone. Instead, OnePlus has settled for a side-mounted one.

The render shows the phone in a blueish-gray colorway but it is too early to say if this will be the only colorway available. The Nord N100 was announced in one color variant called Midnight Frost. We hope, buyers will get more color options to choose from this time around.

In related news, Indian YouTuber and leaker, Mukul Sharma, revealed in a tweet today that the OnePlus Nord N200 5G may likely launch on June 15, less than a week after the Nord CE 5G is announced in India and Europe.
