Just last week, OnePlus rolled out a new OxygenOS stable update for the OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, and OnePlus 8T. A few days later, these three smartphones are now receiving an OxygenOS Open Beta update.

The latest OxygenOS Open Beta update for the OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus 8 Pro arrives as OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 11. Whereas, the very same update for the OnePlus 8T as OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 6.

According to the official announcement posts on the OnePlus Community, the new pubic beta update for the 2020 OnePlus flagship smartphones brings updated security patches, a new feature, a fix, and some improvements.

First and foremost, the latest beta update bumps up the security patch level to June 2021. Further, it adds a screenshot function for AOD (Always-on Display) and fixes the occasional WiFi connection failure issue.

Lastly, the update comes with improvements for power consumption, audio experience with OnePflus Watch as well as OnePlus Buds, and the OnePlus Share UI visual effect.

The latest public beta for OnePlus 8, Oneplus 8 Pro, and OnePlus 8T  is being currently seeded out via OTA for the units already running the previous beta build. Users on the stable channel can also manually download and install this update.
