July has been an interesting month packed with lots of device announcements. Now, the month is over but there is a lot to look forward to as August is packed with a whole lot of exciting product launches. Here’s what is coming in the first month of August.
Tecno Pova 2 – August 2
Tecno is bringing its Pova 2 to India on Monday, August 2 after a launch in the Philippines last month. The phone’s selling point is its 7000mAh battery capacity. The design is cool too but the rest of the specs are what you will find on the average mid-range phone.
Infinix Smart 5A – August 2
Infinix, a sister company to Tecno, will also announce a new phone for the Indian market on Agust 2. The Infinix Smart 5A is a budget smartphone that will have a 5000mAh battery, dual rear cameras, and an HD+ display.
RedmiBook – August 3
India will be getting new RedmiBook laptops on Tuesday, August 3. Among the expected models is the RedmiBook 15 and it will be powered by Intel’s 11th Gen processor. It has also been reported that it will have a 65W charger.
Realme MagDart and Realme Flash – August 3
Realme MagDart is a magnetic wireless technology that Realme will announce on August 3. We already showed you what the chargers will look like but that is not the only interesting thing. The manufacturer will also announce a smartphone called the Realme Flash and it will be the first Android phone to support magnetic wireless charging.
iQOO 8 series
It has been six month since the iQOO 7 was announced and now a successor is on the way – actually two successors. The iQOO 8 and iQOO 8 Pro will be announced on August 4 and they are expected to come with a brand new flagship display and the Snapdragon 888 Plus processor.
